We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to joining our Customer service team and to be part of the highly successful Ralph Lauren Braintree Store. 

As a leader you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team to deliver exceptional customer service, making sure that your team has clear direction and motivation to give every customer a positive experience.

You will also be highly organised with strong commercial awareness and have the ability to drive activity to achieve KPI’s and build relationships within your senior management team.

Ideal Candidates should have strong commercial retail managerial experience, be proactive and have the ability to use their own initiative.  Previous knowledge within managing a retail team at managerial or supervisory level is an essential skill.
